Voting.

Some people say why bother. I say get off your ass and do it! YOU want to complain about the government and not vote? Don’t talk to me. I have voted in every election since becoming old enough to. I didn’t always know why. I didn’t always understand the issues, but I made the effort to try.

You think Harper sucks – GET OFF YOUR ASS AND VOTE!

You want improved social care – GET OFF YOUR ASS AND VOTE!

You want to improve healthcare, education, and services for First Nations peoples – GET OFF YOUR ASS AND VOTE!

You want stronger economic actions – GET OFF YOUR ASS AND VOTE!

You want better care for seniors – GET OFF YOUR ASS AND VOTE!

You want to save our waterways, environment and scientific freedoms – GET OFF YOUR ASS AND VOTE!

You want to rally our nation for a better tomorrow – GET OFF YOUR ASS AND VOTE!

You want to be our country to be visionary and be a world wide leader – GET OFF YOUR ASS AND VOTE!

You want Canada to return to its values – GET OFF YOUR ASS AND VOTE!

You want to help the poor, the homeless, the refugees – GET OFF YOUR ASS AND VOTE!

That doesn’t include fear of a piece of clothing (sorry folks, the niqab is about as scary as a balaclava {if you don’t know what that is, look it up}). The doesn’t include Nazi level racism (NO you can’t make a minority group a scapegoat for your fears and not sound like a Nazi).

Our right to vote is bathed in the blood, sweat and tears of our forefathers and mothers…don’t let what they fought for go to waste – GET OFF YOUR ASS AND VOTE!
