I finally sought help. Yesterday I saw my new therapist for the first time. Yesterday I gave myself hope. I hope that this time it sticks. I hope that this time is it. I hope that this time I can bury my fears six feet under and rise up to face the sun with happiness.

Fear, anxiety, anger – all horrible emotions that have powerful sway over the body.

Here’s hoping I just sucker punched the power out of those emotions.
